Isabella Storm Interview
Can you tell me 3 things about yourself that people might not already know?
-
My personality is honestly the main event—everything else is just the supporting act
-
I’ve got an Aries spirit—bold, fiery, and full of passion. Chaos and spice are basically my middle names
-
I know my photos might look all ‘mysterious and serious,’ but in reality, I’m just a goofy mess with a lot of heart and sass
If you could perform a gig at any venue where would it be and why?
-
Madison Square Garden has always been the dream. To be honest, I think it’s every artist’s dream—it’s a monumental arena with so much history. Some of the greatest performers of all time have graced that stage, from Michael Jackson to Queen to Whitney Houston. It’s more than just a venue; it’s a symbol of making it, of reaching a level where your music connects with thousands in one of the most iconic places in the world. The energy, the legacy, the sheer scale of it—it would be an unforgettable moment.
What things do you like to do when you are away from music?
-
I’m a total gym rat and really into health, personal development, and becoming the best version of myself. I think it’s so important to take time for yourself and constantly push beyond your comfort zone—especially when it comes to mindset. I put a lot of time into that, and it’s something I’m really passionate about. I’m also really into business and always thinking about new concepts or looking for new opportunities—I love the challenge of creating something from nothing.
Can you tell us about any tattoos you have and the significance of them to you?
-
I currently have 20 tattoos (emphasis on ‘currently’ because there are definitely more to come… sorry, Mum!). I won’t bore you with all of them, but I’ll share the deeper meaning behind the one on my left forearm, I have ‘In music we trust’—because no matter where you are in life, what mood you're in, or what you're going through, music is always there. Whether you're happy, heartbroken, in love, grieving, or celebrating, music is a constant—it connects us all.
What song of yours best describes you and why?
-
I’d have to say CryBaby – the words in the chorus truly define who I am ‘kicking up hell can’t tame me, mummy didn’t raise no quitter’. All my songs have a reference to my personality in them somewhere however I think CryBaby lets it be known the loudest. It’s all about refusing to back down, standing your ground, and embracing who you are, no matter what.
What things make you uncomfortable?
-
Just before I go on stage! I think any artist would say the same thing—there’s that moment just before you put the mic to your mouth, and your stomach drops. Your brain goes into overdrive with “don’t f**k up.” But once you’re on and in the zone, it’s a completely different feeling—a high no drug could ever give you!
