When did you decide that a career in music was for you?

Caleb: I decided this was for me at the age of 16, at a party. my brother had a guitar and Was playing songs and everyone was happy.

Joseph: When I first got behind the drum kit

Kyle: I knew I wanted it when, I went through a personal issue in my life that drove me to do music.

 

Who are your musical inspirations and why?

Caleb: A main one was Silverstein, they had the long hair, skinny jean, cool guy look that I wanted. first band I've ever listened to and my favorite till this day.

Joseph: My family are my musical inspirations, especially my dad, I just want to make him proud.

Kyle: I look up to jack barakat as a performer & Conor Oberst is an amazing song writer, I strive to be as great as them

 

Can you tell me 3 things about yourself that people might not already know?

Caleb: I am a great chef, I love Greasy tacos, I am actually from Chicago

Joseph: favorite band is ADTR, I like long socks, I'm actually a metal head playing pop music lol

Kyle: I can't sleep, I can't eat, & I can not NOT drink.

 

What song of yours best describes you and why?

BAND: "Just make sure you're happy" its everything we are, breakups and not getting over it.

 

What has been the best gig you have done to date and why?

BAND: "Me without you" CD Release show, it was EVERYTHING we could've asked for. energy, friends, family, tears, success. the start of a new chapter.

 

If you could perform a gig at any venue where would it be and why?

BAND: Madison Square Garden. that would just be a dream come true

 

What has been your best achievement to date and what would like to achieve in the future?

BAND: Opening for Sleeping with sirens, We would like to achieve success in the music industry, making an impact on people

.

Tell me a story from backstage or after a gig?

BAND: Our violinist Rolando threw the BIGGEST house party after a show that was raided by police!

 

What do you like best about being a musician and why?

Making a change, making people smile, meeting new friends, creating art, being happy.

 

If you were not in the job you are now what would you be doing?

Caleb: I would probably be homeless cause my resume is whack.

Kyle: I wanna be a producer

Joseph: Drum teacher

 

What has been the best gig you have been too as a fan and can you tell us about it?

Caleb: it would have to be my first warped tour. It was a different experience, I got to see my 2 favorite artists “Silverstein” & “never shout never”

What would your ideal festival line up be and why?

The Maine

Mayday parade

The summer set

We the kings

A rocket to the moon

And of course Postcards From The Moon

 

What would you say is the best piece of advice you have ever been given?

Caleb: “you should be a singer”

What things do you like to do when you are away from music?

Caleb: Play video games, skate, cry

 

How important do you think you look and image is when it comes to being in the music industry?

VERY IMPORTANT, can’t stress that enough

Can you tell us about any tattoos have and the significance of them to you?

Caleb: I have the words “remember why you’re alive” with the semi colon on my arm. It’s a reminder on why I started music in the first place.

 

If you run the country for a day what would you change about it and why?

Caleb: I wish a day was enough time to change the wrong, but if it was possible, clean the oceans and plant a lot of trees.

What would say to someone thinking about becoming a musician and getting into the music industry?

Don’t do it unless you really put you’re whole heart into it. And remember that it’s gonna hurt, there will be hard days.
